Do you charge sales tax?

We are headquartered in Utah and do not charge sales tax. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere. Unfortunately however, if you are ordering from and shipping to Utah, you will be charged sales tax.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and ready for shipment. If your item happens to be on backorder, or is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@saunaify.com

Back Orders:

Some saunas are occasionally on back order. If you'd like to know the backorder time for a specific product, please check the product page, as we work daily to keep this updated. If you need further help, please contact our support team at support@saunaify.com

All Dundalk Leisurecraft products are made to order. Please expect lead times of ~30 weeks to ship. Dundalk products are made and shipped from Canada and all duties, customs charges, etc. are covered in the price. If you have any other questions, please contact our support team at support@saunaify.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) at the time of delivery, as damaged packages, if excessive and clearly noticeable, should be refused! If upon further inspection your item(s) do arrive damaged, such as when unpackaging, please send photos to support@saunaify.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please email us at support@saunaify.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment. Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and Saunaify cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. Leaving a note or instructions for the driver is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Saunaify cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged item please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, Saunaify cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces for acceptance via signature delivery.


Where is my order shipping from?

All of our orders are shipped from warehouses across the USA and Canada. We currently work directly with the suppliers and manufacturers of the products we carry across the United States to ensure a proper operations chain between our products to you. Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
